5-Acre Fixer
We weren’t planning to move until we laid eyes on this property. 30-year-old Mountain Modern bones, this home (sitting on just under 5-acres of irrigation with a barn!) hadn’t been TOUCHED since it was built. Where some couldn’t look past the carpet in the bathrooms and 2-bedroom layout, my husband and I saw an amazing opportunity and potential family home. While it’s currently under construction (and won’t be “done” anytime soon) we absolutely love this home and can’t wait to make it ours and make memories here.
New Build
We came, we built, we moved. Our time spent building and living in this home was a whirlwind (Surprise! Global pandemic + pregnancy with baby #3!) but every detail that went into it was meticulously sourced to keep our new build beautiful, in-budget and family-friendly. Craven Craftsman
Our first home on the ‘gram! We lived in this character-filled craftsman home from 2015 to 2019, updating it along the way. From new flooring and lighting to major renovations (like finishing the rec room above the garage and completely overhauling the guest bathroom and primary bathroom) we transformed this slightly-dated charmer into a current and comfortable home. Our primary bathroom renovation was widely circulated and featured by numerous publications – take a look below!
